We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Trust Communication Protocol!
This protocol is designed to make communication across our Trust clearer, more secure, and more efficient for everyone.

What’s new?

  • All-staff emails are now replaced by Teams Announcements.
  • Only selected groups (ELT, SLT, Admin, HR, IT) can use group email lists.
  • Clear guidelines for when to use Outlook, Teams, and group emails.
  • Required subject line starters for group emails (e.g., [ANNOUNCEMENT], [URGENT], [ACTION REQUIRED]).

What do you need to do?

  • Read the full protocol (available on the Trust intranet).
  • Complete the digital acknowledgment form to confirm you’ve read and understood the protocol.

Why is this important?


Following the protocol helps us communicate more effectively, protect sensitive information, and ensure everyone receives the right messages at the right time.
